The company was started by Russell Coon Jr. in 1957. R.L. Coon Excavating is a 2nd and 3rd generation small town business that provides quality services and products that meet Indiana codes and regulations. We work on various small and large jobs including site preparations, ditching, demolition work (no blasting), semi hauling (with a low boy), dump truck services, and we are an Indiana Oxygen supplier.

BOULDERS
Started: October 2020
This project started with demo work, heavy grading, and excavation of retention ponds. Then, installation of sanitary sewers, mains, laterals, and manholes. Installation of storm drainage, curb inlets, yard inlets and underdrain. Next water lines, fire hydrants, and services were installed. Finally, building pads, roads, asphalt, concrete, curb sidewalks, and seeding was completed.
